Privacy policy

We store your email address, payment and access status, and your practice progress and results in order to deliver the service. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store card data.

Access and deletion

Under Profile you can at any time download a copy of your data, or delete your account. On deletion we remove your personal data — email, name, profile image, login data (passwords/sessions) and any uploaded proof files — while anonymized usage statistics (answers and results with no link to you) are kept to improve the product. Payment and refund history is retained as long as accounting law requires, tied to an anonymized account. Deletion cannot be undone.

Refund proofs

If you submit a Pass Guarantee claim, the proof (screenshot/PDF) is stored in private, secured object storage and used only to process the claim.

Newsletter

If you sign up for the newsletter we store your email address to send you tips and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, and we'll stop sending you marketing.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics, and — with your consent — the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you accept in the consent banner; if you choose "Essential only", Google Analytics runs without cookies and the Meta Pixel is never loaded. IP addresses are anonymized, and we don't sell your data. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site's browser data.
