Fail the test, get your money back.

We believe focused practice gets you a pass. If you don't pass the official FAA knowledge test after using the app, we refund your purchase in full. There's one simple rule — plus showing that you actually failed the real test:

1. You purchased access (any per-exam plan or All-Access).
2. You passed at least 5 full practice exams IN A ROW in the app for the written you took (a failed practice exam resets the streak).
3. You took the official FAA knowledge test, failed it, and upload proof of the failing result.

How to submit a claim

Go to Account → Pass Guarantee. You'll see how far along you are on the requirements, and you can upload proof of the failed test. We review claims manually and reply by email. If approved, the full purchase is refunded via Stripe and your access ends.
