Fail the test, get your money back.

We believe focused practice gets you a pass. If you meet the conditions below and still fail the official FAA knowledge test, we refund your purchase in full. The three conditions:

1. You purchased access (any per-exam plan or All-Access).
2. You passed at least 5 full practice exams IN A ROW in the app for the written you took (a failed practice exam resets the streak).
3. You took the official FAA knowledge test, failed it, and upload proof of the failing result.

How to submit a claim

Go to Account → Pass Guarantee. You'll see how far along you are on the requirements, and you can upload proof of the failed test. We review claims manually and reply by email. If approved, the full purchase is refunded via Stripe and your access ends.
